LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed proposals for design/build for the construction of the Harmon Park Playground Improvements Project.  The project includes various improvements and additions to an approximate area of 6,300 square feet of existing playground area located within Harmon Park in the Village of St. Paris, Ohio.  The playground, when completed, will be utilized by the Village of St. Paris and is intended for use by children in the age ranges of 5-12 years old. Proposals will be received by the Village of St. Paris, Champaign County, Ohio, until January 25, 2024 at 10:00 am, and opened thereafter. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to the Village of St. Paris, 135 West Main Street, St. Paris, Ohio 43072.  Proposals may also be emailed to Spencer Mitchell, Village Administrator, at spencer.mitchell@stparisohio.org.

Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of Proposals, but no Proposer shall withdraw their bid within 45 days after the actual bid opening thereof. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable by the Village.
